We comply with the law and are required to return items within 30 days of delivery for online orders. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and price tag should be included. When comes to our markets, if you buy our swimwear - we unfortunately can not accept returns - since we pay a high fee for our stands. 

However, we would like to ask you as a customer for a sustainable way of shopping and to avoid "Amazonian" orders if possible.
To avoid this, you can always ask us about details of the clothes, such as Size or quality.

It can always happen that an item does not meet your expectations and you want to return it. But we would be happy if you would first ask friends and family if they would like the item before you send it back to avoid unnecessary carbon footprints.

Shipping costs and handling fees are non-refundable. 

Since we are only human, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient! We work on your emails and inquiries as fast as possible and try to deal with each problem individually.
