All personal designations are to be understood as gender-neutral.

Only persons who are at least 18 years old, are not under guardianship and are not acting as a representative of a company and have a delivery address in Austria can place an order. Orders with a debit card or with a gift card are only possible for persons aged 16 and over.

Minimal Sustainable Swimwear would like to offer you an optimal online experience. Because of this, we need to ensure our services run smoothly. The shipping costs are the same for all orders, regardless of the size or weight of the package. The costs for the respective payment method are clearly indicated at the checkout. Our standard shipping costs within Austria are 3.90. If we cannot deliver your order in full and have to split it into several deliveries, no additional shipping costs will be charged for the subsequent deliveries. Prices, items and offers in stores, in the catalog and online may vary.
Order/conclusion of contract
You have the option to order on minimal-swimwear.com.
Once you have placed your order and provided us with your email address, you will receive a confirmation email. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill the order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for the order, we will refund the corresponding amount using the payment method you used. If, for any reason, a different arrangement must be made, a Minimal Swimwear customer advisor will contact you to arrange the refund.
The total amount for an order must be at least €1.00 (minus discounts).
Delivery
Minimal Sustainable Swimwear takes the utmost care in accepting and processing orders and will deliver your order to a private address or post office in Austria, according to the delivery option you have chosen.
Minimal Sustainable Swimwear endeavors to deliver the items as quickly as possible in the order in which the orders are received. We aim to deliver within 3 to 5 days of receiving order confirmation unless otherwise agreed. Although we endeavor to deliver within the stated timeframe, delivery may take longer due to unforeseeable events. In the unlikely event that the delivery time is longer than 30 days, you have the right to cancel your order.
Cancellation of the order
You can cancel or revoke the purchase from the time of ordering up to 14 days after receipt of the ordered items.
